Common stainless steel trash can on the market are made of materials such as 201, 304, 321, 316, 310, which all belong to austenitic stainless steel; Austenitic stainless steel is non-magnetic or weakly magnetic. But after cold processing, the structure will also transform to martensite. The greater the degree of cold processing deformation, the more martensite transformation will generate, and the steel will also be more magnetic.

Some stainless steel trash can parts such as doors, spouts, and barrel heads are stamped and formed by molds, which have large deformation forces and large elastic rebound. Therefore, in order to ensure the accuracy requirements of the size and shape of the stamping parts, sometimes it is necessary to increase the adjustment, correction and necessary heat treatment. The yield strength of different varieties is quite different. Therefore, we need to pay attention to the bearing capacity of the processing equipment in the process of shearing and forming of the stainless steel dustbin. 


Because the cold work hardening phenomenon of stainless steel is very strong, wrinkles are really hard to avoid during deep drawing. Usually, intermediate annealing is required after each drawing; Deep drawing parts with large deformation, after the final drawing, it is necessary to immediately remove the residual heat treatment of internal stress, otherwise the drawn parts will have cracks, which is the reason for the cracks in the defective stainless steel dustbin.

The heat treatment specification for internal stress removal is heating temperature 350~450℃, and then holding at the above temperature for 1~3h; The warm drawing method can reduce the work hardening and residual internal stress of the material, and increase the degree of drawing deformation; Reduce drawing coefficient. For deep drawing of stainless steel trash bin parts with complex shapes, you need to choose hydraulic presses, ordinary hydraulic presses and other equipment and make them deform at a low drawing speed, so that you can get better quality.
