Ⅰ. Laser welding process application of SS dustbin with stand


With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, trash dustbin is a reflection of social culture. According to the unified logo, household waste is divided into recyclable waste, kitchen waste, hazardous waste and other wastes.


Due to the unclear source of plastic materials, some trash dustbins on the market today may contain radioactive substances or harmful volatile substances that have health risks. However, the SS dustbin with stand has few problems and it is easy to clean. Therefore, it has been widely used.  


Since stainless steel is resistant to weak corrosive media such as air, steam, and water, and chemically corrosive media such as acid, alkali, and salt, the SS dustbin with stand has high durability. The SS dustbin with stand with 100% stainless steel is also fireproof and durable.  


The SS dustbin with stand can be seen everywhere in our lives such as on roads, in shopping malls, in homes, ect. Also, there are various shapes of trash dustbins.


The thin plate of the SS dustbin with stand has a small constraint, and the local heating and cooling in the traditional welding process result in uneven heating and cooling.


The weldment will produce uneven stresses and strains. When the pressure on the edge of the thin plate exceeds a certain value, the longitudinal shortening of the weld will produce serious wavy deformation and affect the shape quality of the workpiece.


The laser welding machine adopts non-contact laser processing. The energy of the laser radiation is diffused into the interior of the material through heat conduction, and the material is melted to form a specific molten pool to complete the welding.


Compared with the traditional welding method, the fiber laser welding machine has a low overall temperature of the workpiece during welding, and there is no damage to the surrounding parts of the trash dustbin. It has high production efficiency and fast welding speed.


Ⅱ. Precautions for producing SS dustbin with stand


Welding defects: The welding defects of the SS dustbin with stand is more serious, and the manual mechanical grinding treatment method can be used to make up for it. The grinding marks produced will cause an uneven surface and affect the appearance.


Inconsistent surface: If you only pickle and passivate the weld of the China stainless steel dustbin, it will cause an uneven surface and affect the appearance.


Difficult to remove scratches: The overall pickling and passivation cannot remove all scratches generated during the processing of the SS dustbin with stand, and also cannot remove carbon steel, splashes and other impurities adhering to the surface of the stainless steel plate due to scratches and welding spatter, which will result in the presence of corrosion medium under the condition of biochemical corrosion or electrochemical corrosion and rust.


Uneven grinding, polishing and passivation: The SS dustbin with stand is hand-polished and then subjected to pickling and passivation treatment. It is difficult to achieve a uniform and consistent treatment effect for workpieces with a large area, and the ideal uniform surface cannot be obtained. Also, the cost of working hours and auxiliary materials are also higher.


Limited pickling ability: Pickling passivation paste is not universal, and it is difficult to remove the black oxide scale caused by plasma cutting and flame cutting.


Serious scratches caused by humans: In the process of hoisting, transportation and structural processing of SS dustbin with stand, the scratches caused by human factors such as bumping, dragging, and hammering are more serious making the surface treatment more difficult, which is the main reason for corrosion after treatment.


Equipment factors: In the process of bending profiles and plates, the scratches and creases of the SS dustbin with stand are also the main reasons for corrosion after treatment.


Other factors: During the procurement and storage of raw materials for the SS dustbin with stand, bumps and scratches caused by hoisting and transportation are also serious, which is also one of the reasons for corrosion.
